90 Day Wedding Management
Our 90-Day Wedding Management package goes beyond traditional “month-of” coordination. Beginning three months before your wedding, we step in early to fully immerse ourselves in your plans, proactively manage the details, and ensure every moving piece is aligned well before the big day.
This package includes three in-person meetings, vendor referrals as needed, and consistent support throughout your final planning phase. We create a comprehensive timeline, communicate directly with your entire vendor team, review ceremony logistics, floor plans, and design elements, and work inside your venue’s planning portal. We will oversee final rental selections and confirm catering guest counts and final numbers.
You’ll also receive rehearsal coordination the day prior, plus two coordinators onsite on your wedding day to manage vendors, oversee setup and breakdown, troubleshoot behind the scenes, and ensure your celebration flows seamlessly from start to finish.

You've gone through months of planning and now it's time to
relax, soak it all in, and enjoy every moment—because we’ve literally got it covered.
With this 30 day involvement package you receive 2 in person meetings, vendor referrals, and "as needed" guidance throughout your planning process. We will create a comprehensive timeline for your event, communicate with your vendor team and go over all of the details and logistics with you to ensure you haven't missed a thing.
This package includes onsite rehearsal coordination the day prior and 2 coordinators day of to manage all the moving parts of your big day!

Partial Planning
This package includes our Month of/ 90 Wedding Day Management package, additional client meetings, and expert design assistance.
Design is our specialty, and with this package, we work closely with you to create a truly Pinterest-worthy wedding that reflects your style and story. We create a custom vision board to guide the overall aesthetic and ensure every detail feels cohesive and intentional.
We’ll connect you with incredible vendors that align with your vision and budget, and we’ll be hands-on throughout the entire process—managing rental and floral selections, handling all rental and floral orders, and overseeing invoice updates to keep everything organized and on track.
This package will not only bring your vision to life, but elevate it!

Full Service Planning

This package is ideal for couples who want to leave the planning and design process to a professional. We are with you every step of the way bringing your vision to life or handling it on your behalf. With unlimited meetings and comprehensive assistance, we guide you through the entire planning process, step by step.
Venue suggestions, budget management, contract sourcing, vendor recommendations, design and décor, and everything in-between. This package is a full-service package and includes full design service and event management. This is percentage-based package.
